These terms cover your use of the website, chat, phone line and text messages of Ohm My Glow Christmas Lights LLC, doing business as Ohmyglow Holiday Lights ("we", "us", "our"). By contacting us, booking a quote, or agreeing to receive our texts, you accept these terms.
Our services
We install, maintain, take down and store holiday lighting for homes in the West Sound area of Washington. Quotes are free and are given by phone or in person after we learn about your home. The final price is confirmed with you before any work begins.
Booking, changes and cancellations
When you book a quote or an installation, we confirm the date and time with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can by calling or texting (360) 209-3243.
Text message program
Program: Ohmyglow Holiday Lights quote and appointment messages.
If you agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your quote and appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (360) 209-3243 or info@ohmyglowlights.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. See our privacy policy for how we handle your information.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact and address details, safe access to your home for scheduled work, and let us know if your phone number changes so messages don't go to the wrong person.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, chat, phone line or text messages, or from any delay or failure in delivering messages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
