Do I need to buy my own lights?
No. We provide everything: the lights, all installation hardware, and a timer, so your display turns on and off automatically every night.
What if a bulb goes out mid-season?
You're covered. Every installation is 100% guaranteed. If a bulb goes out or any other issue comes up, let us know and we'll respond within 24 hours.
When do you install and take down?
Installations begin as early as October 15, and takedown begins January 5. Returning customers receive priority scheduling.
Will you damage my roof or gutters?
We take every precaution to protect your home. Our installation methods minimize contact with your shingles and gutters. While damage is highly unlikely, we are fully insured up to $1,000,000.
