This policy explains how Ohm My Glow Christmas Lights LLC, doing business as Ohmyglow Holiday Lights ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects the personal information you give us when you contact us, book a quote, or use our website, chat and text messages.

When you contact us or book a quote we may collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, home address, and details about the lighting you want. If you use the chat on our website, we keep the messages you send. Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule, confirm and remind you about your quote and installation appointments; to answer your questions; to send the text messages you have agreed to receive; to keep business records and process payments; and to improve our service.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your quote and appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Sharing your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as the platform that hosts our scheduling, chat, phone and messaging tools and our payment processor, and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Keeping it safe
